Weekly Photo Challenge . Transition

What a perfect photo challenge for me to relate to as of currently! There is always changes in life, I’m quite used to that! However, this transition of moving from Europe back to the United States has been very difficult for me. I’m constantly talking about how wonderful life living abroad was. I’m sure my family and friends are sick of hearing about it!

I terminated my German work visa. That part of my life is over now. Only the incredible memories and experiences remain. I’m continually telling myself to keep moving forward!

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.”

– Albert Einstein

I took these photos at the break of dawn from a hotel balcony in Meteora, Greece. I’ve noticed the rock formation in the back didn’t come out so clear, but these 2 photos are still some of my favorites from my recent trip! It was astonishing to watch the fog silently move through the rocks. It had looked like the beginning of a sunny day, but the transition was fast. Shortly after these photos were taken, rain moved in.

Weekly Photo Challenge . Close Up

Once again, life gets in the way of just making a simple blog post! I’ve been busy travelling, visiting with friends, enjoying the long summer days, and of course, work.

I’m unfortunately planning a big move back to the US in a few weeks. 😦 More info about this later.

For now, here’s my post for this weeks Weekly Photo Challenge.
